Our core values are those of intellectual honesty, and
integrity. We set great store by a thorough, disciplined,
scientific understanding of the opportunities and processes we seek
to exploit - why does it work? who's paying? why will
they continue to pay? what are the circumstances when it
might not work?
We also continually question ourselves with respect to these -
what has changed in the market? what might change in the
market? is any change temporary or permanent? We strive
to avoid both complacency, and knee-jerk reactions or "twisting in
the wind".
As an independent specialist manager, we place the utmost
importance on our integrity in all dealings with clients. As
a structural matter, we are free of any conflicts, and we believe
our business has only grown since 1983, and will only grow in the
future, by putting our clients' interests first.
